Summary

Runaway growth entity that animates roots and vines to overrun arenas; spreads verdant corruption and exposes a core when burned back.

Behavior & phases

  • Entangle: spreads roots/vines, slows movement.
  • Bloom burst: spore AoE wave from overgrowth.
  • Heartcore expose: after sustained burns, core opens briefly for stagger/punish.

Weakness

  • Fire/cleave to clear growth and open the core.
  • Targeting exposed core halts regrowth and staggers Verdance.

Open questions

  • Lock final biome (Verdathal vs. anomaly groves) and faction/loot ties.
